Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction and contracting sector.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients and consultants.
Understand project requirements and offer tailored civil construction solutions.
Coordinate with the technical team to ensure client specifications are met.
Prepare quotations, follow up on proposals, and close deals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and clients.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
3-5 years of experience in
sales or business development
within the
civil construction
industry (UAE experience preferred).
Strong technical knowledge of construction methodologies and materials.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Valid UAE Driving License is
mandatory
