to join our team and support student admissions for universities.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage potential students through phone calls, emails, and follow-ups.
Understand client (student) needs and coordinate with internal teams to provide solutions.
Liaise effectively with designers, marketers, and technical teams to deliver admission-related services.
Maintain strong, long-term client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
Prepare and present proposals, reports, and admission-related presentations.
Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
Fluency in English, Malayalam, and Hindi
(Mandatory)
Knowledge of Arabic or Tamil is a
plus
Proficient in
MS Office
, CRM platforms, and social media tools
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Prior experience in
sales, marketing, customer handling, or lead generation
is preferred
