Civil Quantity Surveyor / Civil Site Engineer/estimator
Job Description
Hands-on experience in site execution, floor slab construction, setting out, level checking, and site team coordination, estimation, BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, and subcontractor evaluations Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and construction documentation Ability to prepare technical reports, progress updates, and maintain accurate site records Previous experience with a construction contractor, particularly in industrial projects (e.g., warehouses, factories, logistics centers) Familiarity with estimation and surveying tools (AutoCAD, Excel, Level instruments, etc.)
Key Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related technical field Experience in Dubai: Minimum 0-2 years of relevant local experience Industry Background: Prior experience in industrial or infrastructure construction projects is requiredPreferred Skills:
Strong communication and coordination skills A valid UAE Driving License is an added advantageJob Type: Full-time
