We are urgently seeking an experienced Civil Quantity Surveyor to lead the execution of large-scale hospital and healthcare construction projects
Key Responsibilities:
Cost Planning and Estimation: Develop detailed cost estimates and budgets based on project design and specifications.
Quantity Takeoff: Perform accurate and comprehensive quantity takeoffs as per drawings, specifications and bill of quantities.
Tender Documentation: Prepare detailed bills of quantities (BOQ) and tender documentation for the tendering process.
Subcontractor Evaluation: Assist in evaluating and selecting subcontractors and suppliers by analyzing submitted quotations against project requirements and budgets.
Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and incorporate them into cost estimates and tender documents.
Collaboration: Site support (from the head office) with the site team to ensure all requirements are clearly defined and met.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
Proven experience managing hospital and healthcare facility projects - mandatory (Min 10 years' experience)
Experience working on various construction projects.
Able to multitask and work under pressure.
Should be available in UAE. Immediate joining.
