Key Responsibilities:
Inspect villa painting and wood varnishing works for quality and finish.
Identify defects, check thickness, and ensure work meets standards.
Maintain reports and ensure safety compliance on site.
Requirements:
Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering; Bachelor's degree preferred.
3-5 years of QC experience in villa painting and varnishing.
Knowledge of painting standards (ASTM, ISO, BS) and basic QC tools.
Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD; certification like NACE/BGAS is a plus.
Salary: AED6500- AED 9000
