Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Dubai
- Experience in managing projects such as Group of Villas, Warehouses, and Buildings
- Knowledge of Local Authority Portals and Regulations
- Familiarity with safety and regulatory standards
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Ability to coordinate with subcontractors
- UAE Driving License
- Strong time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software
