Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage civil engineering projects from planning to execution
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Monitor and enforce compliance with safety and quality standards
Prepare and review project documentation, reports, and technical drawings
Handle site supervision, inspections, and project progress reporting
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
8-10 years of relevant work experience in civil project execution and supervision
Strong communication and coordination skills
Must be fluent in Arabic (spoken and written)
Strong knowledge of construction standards, materials, and procedures
PMP certification is a plus
