- Prepare and manage the Bill of Quantities (BOQ), ensuring accurate cost estimation and allocation.

- Coordinate with subcontractors and stakeholders to ensure adherence to project requirements and deadlines.

- Possess in-depth knowledge of the local market to source quality materials at competitive prices.

- Oversee daily operations on the construction site, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
- Monitor progress and performance of construction activities, addressing any issues or delays promptly to keep the project on track.
- Perform regular site inspections and provide detailed reports on the project's progress, identifying any potential risks or delays.
4. Technical Support:
- Provide technical support and guidance to the site team, resolving issues related to design and construction.
- Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications, ensuring accurate and compliant implementation.
- Track and manage project changes, including modifications to scope, design, or other project elements, ensuring proper documentation and communication with all stakeholders.
5. Compliance and Safety:
- Enforce and monitor safety protocols on-site to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality building codes, regulations, and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct safety audits and implement corrective actions when necessary to maintain high standards of safety and compliance.
? Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or related field).
- DM Approval for G+4 Projects.
- DM Safety Officer Approval.
- Minimum 5 years of local UAE experience in residential construction project management.
- Proficient in MS Projects, Microsoft Office, and AutoCAD.
- Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards and materials.
