The ideal candidate should have strong site experience, leadership skills, and the ability to manage projects from start to handover.
Responsibilities:
Supervise sports field construction works including civil base, concrete preparation, drainage, and finishing.
Manage daily site activities and coordinate with foremen, technicians, and subcontractors.
Prepare site reports, progress updates, and material requests.
Ensure work is completed according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with consultants, clients, and government bodies when required.
Solve site issues and make decisions quickly to avoid delays.
Monitor project timeline and ensure on-time delivery.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in
Civil Engineering
.
2-7 years of experience in site execution within the UAE (sports fields experience is an advantage).
Strong leadership personality and the ability to manage workers and site operations.
Good knowledge of civil works, concrete base, levels, and site preparation.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and reading technical drawings.
Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
Good English communication skills.
Able to join immediately.
