to join our dynamic team for high-rise and commercial construction projects in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all technical aspects of the project, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Project Manager in the planning and execution of civil works at site
Review drawings, BOQ, specifications, and ensure execution as per approved documents
Monitor site progress and provide daily/weekly reporting
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
Raise RFIs, manage site inspections, and ensure closure of NCRs
Ensure material submittals and procurement tracking aligns with project schedule
Conduct quantity take-offs and support billing verification
Enforce safety and quality standards in compliance with project and regulatory requirements

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
Minimum
4-6 years
of UAE experience in building construction projects
Solid understanding of structural and finishing works
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project tracking tools
Knowledge of local construction codes and regulations
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with
Post-Tensioned Slabs
, G+5 structures, and MEP coordination
Valid UAE Driving License (optional but preferred)
Familiarity with Primavera P6 is an advantage
