Requirements:
A degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution
At least 10 years of experience in construction projects, with strong exposure to MEP coordination.
Proven ability to manage complex teams, multiple subcontractors, and technical interfaces
Prior approval from UAE Authorities for a similar role is a strong advantage
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, local safety regulations, and quality standards
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Preferred Background:
Experience with government clients or consultants on major building/infrastructure projects
Prior work experience with
Musanada
or
Provis
is highly preferred
The salary will be based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
