Responsibilities

:

Oversee and manage the execution of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams, to ensure smooth project delivery. Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and contract documents, ensuring accuracy and feasibility. Monitor daily project activities and work progress, ensuring compliance with design and safety standards. Prepare and present project status reports, highlighting progress, issues, and solutions. Manage procurement of materials, ensuring timely delivery and budget control. Address technical queries and provide on-site technical support as required. Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective measures to ensure smooth project operations.

Requirements

:

BS degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Minimum 10 years of project engineering experience, preferably in large-scale construction projects. Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations in the UAE. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
