Civil Procurement Specialist

Job Description
Responsibilities:
Manage procurement processes for civil engineering projects, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards. Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain relationships to secure the best pricing and delivery terms. Collaborate with project managers to identify procurement needs and develop strategies to meet project timelines and budgets. Analyze market trends and assess supplier performance to optimize procurement strategies. Prepare and maintain procurement documentation, including contracts, purchase orders, and supplier agreements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. 2-3 years of relevant experience in procurement within the civil construction industry. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain supplier relationships. Experience in the Abu Dhabi / UAE market.
