Events & Exhibition, Signage, Branding, and Fitout industries
to join our Brandscape Advertising & Fitout division. The ideal candidate will manage all purchasing activities, vendor relationships, and material sourcing for projects involving
HVAC, MEP, carpentry, fabrication, graphics, and installation works.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage
end-to-end procurement operations
for advertising, branding, signage, exhibition, and fitout projects.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with
vendors and subcontractors
for materials, manpower, and services.
- Identify and maintain a strong network of
suppliers for Events & Exhibition, HVAC, MEP, carpentry, electrical, and civil fitout
and new technology and solution materials.
- Develop and maintain vendor databases with updated price lists, quality standards, and delivery performance records.
- Prepare
Purchase Orders (POs)
, obtain quotations, and ensure materials are delivered on time and within budget.
- Coordinate closely with the
Project, Design, Estimation, and Finance teams
for accurate cost forecasting and budget control.
- Handle
material comparison, cost negotiation, and approval
as per company standards.
- Monitor
inventory, logistics, and delivery schedules
, ensuring timely material availability for project execution.
- Ensure
compliance with procurement policies
, contract terms, and supplier agreements.
- Support the management in identifying cost-saving opportunities and improving procurement efficiency.
- Maintain professional communication and relationship with
suppliers, project teams, and management.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in
Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Minimum
3-6 years of experience
in procurement within the
advertising, exhibition, signage, or fitout
industry.
- Strong understanding of
Events & Exhibition,
HVAC, MEP, carpentry, acrylic, aluminum, and fabrication materials.
- Excellent
negotiation, vendor management, and analytical
skills.
- Ability to handle
multiple projects and tight deadlines
efficiently.
- Proficiency in
MS Office, ERP systems, and procurement documentation.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Driving Licenses is an advantage
