Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
Civil Planning Manager
with strong exposure toUAE-based villa and high-rise projects
. The role is responsible for planning, scheduling, monitoring, and controlling project timelines from pre-construction through handover, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with contractual requirements.Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage
baseline construction programs
using Primavera P6 for villas and high-rise buildings Preparedetailed work schedules
, look-ahead plans, and recovery programs Coordinate with project managers, construction teams, consultants, and subcontractors Monitor project progress and prepareweekly and monthly progress reports
Identify delays, assess impacts, and proposemitigation and acceleration measures
ConductEOT analysis
, delay analysis, and support claims where required Review shop drawings, material submittals, and procurement schedules Track manpower, equipment, and material resources against the plan Ensure alignment withUAE authority requirements
and project milestones Support tender planning, feasibility schedules, and pre-contract planning activitiesRequirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in
Civil Engineering
or related field10+ years
of planning experience in construction projects Strong experience inUAE villa and high-rise residential/commercial projects
Proficient inPrimavera P6
, MS Project, and Excel Sound knowledge of construction methodologies and sequencing Experience withFIDIC contracts
and UAE construction practices Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyJob Type: Full-time
