Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Civil Planning Manager to oversee and manage the planning, scheduling, and coordination of civil construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure project timelines are met efficiently while maintaining quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage detailed project schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), and resource allocation plans for civil construction projects.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project timelines and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Prepare and present progress reports, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, safety protocols, and environmental guidelines.
• Utilize project management tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD, etc.) for effective planning and tracking.
• Conduct site inspections to verify adherence to plans and specifications.
• Manage budgets, cost estimations, and procurement processes related to civil works.
• Lead and mentor a team of planners, engineers, and support staff.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Experience: 8-12 years in civil project planning, preferably in infrastructure, real estate, or large-scale construction projects.
• Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is desirable.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD, BIM, and other planning software.
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with local construction codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.

• Experience in highways, bridges, metro/rail, or urban development projects.
• Knowledge of Lean Construction or Six Sigma methodologies.
