Job Description
- Interfacing with all stakeholders for Third party construction and maintenance works in Station Area Planning (SAP) and Railway Protection Zone (RPZ).
- Arranging and if required performing pre and post inspections of third part works.
- Reviewing Third Party permits and providing comments in order to avoid any impact on operation railways and to assets of railways by the third party construction.
- Preparing dilapidation survey reports, third party works inspection reports, daily, weekly and monthly.
- Cross verifying the third party PTW application with the as built drawings and provide comments if any impacts to railways assets and to operational railway.
- Preparing a team for General Inspection of all load bearing civil assets of Metro and Tramway.
- Take full responsibility of Civils general Inspections, RPZ and SAP
- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- engineering / civil work: 10 years (Required)
- railway environment and its operations procedures: 10 years (Required)
- construction and project management: 5 years (Required)
- T&C, trial running and handover: 5 years (Required)
- Technical standards relevant to the systems: 8 years (Required)
