Job Description
Responsible for supervising and coordinating a team of laborers at the construction site to ensure smooth workflow, productivity, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
Requirements:
3 to 5 years of experience as a Ganger
Construction experience is required
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage and motivate site workers effectively
Physically fit and able to work under site conditions
Willing to relocate to Ajman
Availability: Preferably on canceled or visit visa for immediate joining
