We are looking for an experienced
Civil Foreman
to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will supervise on-site activities, ensure high-quality workmanship, and coordinate effectively with engineers, workers, and subcontractors.Responsibilities:
Oversee daily site operations and ensure timely completion of work Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Maintain project schedules and site documentation
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in a similar role Strong knowledge of civil construction processes Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications Good leadership and communication skills
