Experience & Requirements :-

Minimum Two year experience in contracting as civil Forman (UAE) English and Hindi languages preferred Valid UAE driving license an advantage Immediate Joiners Only

Civil Foreman Duties and Responsibilities

Supervision of Site Activities

Oversee day-to-day construction work at the site. Ensure work is being carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.

Team Management

Coordinate and manage laborers and subcontractors. Assign tasks and ensure timely completion of work. Monitor attendance and productivity of workers.

Quality Control

Inspect work to ensure high standards and compliance with safety and quality norms. Identify and correct workmanship issues.

Material Management

Monitor and control the use of materials to avoid wastage. Request materials as needed and ensure proper storage.

Health and Safety Compliance

Enforce safety protocols and ensure PPE (personal protective equipment) is used on site. Report and minimize any hazards or incidents.

Reporting and Communication

Maintain daily site records, such as work progress, manpower deployment, and site issues. Report to the site engineer or project manager regularly.

Reading Drawings and Layouts

Understand and interpret technical drawings and layout plans. Guide workers based on construction drawings.

Coordination with Engineers

Coordinate with civil/site engineers to resolve any site-related issues. Support quality checks and inspections.

Time Management

Ensure work progresses as per the schedule. Identify potential delays and take corrective actions.

Basic Surveying & Measurements

Take basic measurements and levels for excavation, shuttering, and concreting. Assist surveyors if required.

Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Al Qusais: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
