Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Interior Fit-out Civil Foreman to oversee and coordinate site activities related to interior fit-out works. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in supervising all aspects of interior civil works including partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, and finishes, ensuring high-quality execution in accordance with project specifications, timelines, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations related to interior fit-out and civil works. Ensure all works are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment to meet project milestones. Liaise with subcontractors and other site staff to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks. Monitor site progress, identify delays or issues, and report to the project engineer or manager. Enforce site safety measures and ensure workers follow health and safety regulations. Inspect and ensure high-quality finishing works including painting, tiling, gypsum, carpentry, and MEP coordination. Maintain accurate site records including daily progress reports, manpower logs, and material usage. Participate in site meetings and implement project-related instructions and updates. Resolve on-site problems and provide technical guidance to the workforce as needed.

Requirements:

Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out and civil works. Proven experience supervising finishing and fit-out projects in commercial, residential, or retail environments. Strong knowledge of construction drawings, materials, and methods. Ability to manage teams and subcontractors efficiently under pressure. Knowledge of safety practices and site compliance standards. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
