We are hiring an experienced Civil Foreman to supervise daily construction activities and ensure work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise site activities and manage labor and subcontractors. Ensure work quality, safety compliance, and productivity. Interpret drawings and coordinate with site engineers. Monitor materials usage and site progress. Enforce safety standards and site discipline. Report daily progress to site management.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Civil Foreman in construction. Strong knowledge of civil works and site execution. Leadership and team management skills. Ability to read drawings and follow technical instructions. Good communication skills.
