Civil Foreman - Construction Projects:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced
Civil Foreman
to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in supervising civil works, managing site activities, and ensuring projects are executed according to drawings, specifications, and safety standards.Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily site activities and workforce. Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Monitor labor, equipment, and material usage. Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers. Enforce safety rules and ensure compliance with company policies. Report daily progress to the site/project engineer. Resolve site issues and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (preferred). Minimum
[5] years of experience as a Civil Foreman
in construction projects. Strong knowledge of civil works, materials, and construction methods. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Job Type: Full-time
