We are seeking for a skilled and experienced
Foreman
to join our team here in Dubai. The candidate must have2-3 years of hands-on experience
in the construction industry in UAE, overseeing daily operations on the job site and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Manage and assign tasks to site workers, ensuring efficient workflow. Monitor project progress, ensuring work is completed on schedule. Report daily progress to the project manager and address any issues promptly. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other teams as needed. Maintain a clean and safe working environment. Resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise on-site.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum
2-3 years of experience
in the construction industry in UAE, with proven leadership skills. Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety standards. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Valid UAE driver's license is preferred.
