Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise on-site concrete teams.
Ensure timely execution of works as per drawings and specifications.
Manage formwork, rebar, and concrete pouring activities.
Enforce safety and quality control procedures during site works.
Coordinate with site engineers for material and manpower requirements.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years UAE site experience
in concrete work supervision.
Strong technical knowledge of structural elements and concrete work sequencing.
Ability to read drawings and direct skilled/unskilled labor accordingly.
Good communication and team leadership skills.
Certified from KHDA or any approved UAE training body
as Site Supervisor or Foreman.
Basic First Aid and Site Safety Certificate
is preferred.
