Job Description

We are looking or an experienced Civil Foreman to join our building and contracting team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, managing manpower, and ensuring work is completed safely, on tim, and as per approved drawings and specifications.

Key Responsiblities:



Supervide daily construction activities on site Manage and guide workers and subcontractors Ensure work is carried out according to drawings and quality standards Coordinate with Site Suoervisor/ Engineer for daily tasks Monitor materials usage and manpower productivity Ensure site safety rules and regulations are followed Report daily progress and site issues to management

Requirements:



Proven Experience as a

Civil Foreman

in building & contracting works Strong knowledge of civil works (block work, plastering, concreting, finishing, etc,) Ability to manage labor and site activities efficiently

Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory

Good Communiction and leadership skills Ability to work independently and under pressure
Job Type: Full-time

Experience:

Civil foreman: 3 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:

* Driving license (Preferred)
