Job Description
CIVIL FOREMAN
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily site activities and labor force. Ensure construction work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and timelines. Monitor the use of materials, tools, and equipment on site. Enforce safety procedures and ensure compliance with HSE regulations. Report site progress, challenges, and requirements to site engineers or project managers. Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers as needed. Maintain discipline, productivity, and efficiency among workers.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a
Foreman
in the building contracting or construction industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans. Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and site safety. Minimum3 years
of relevant experience. Good communication skills in English.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
