Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced

Civil Foreman

with proven expertise in supervising construction and maintenance projects within the UAE. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating site activities, managing workers and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

UAE experience is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and oversee daily site operations for civil works. Assign tasks to workers and subcontractors, ensuring productivity and efficiency. Monitor progress and ensure work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and safety standards. Coordinate with engineers, site supervisors, and project managers for smooth execution. Inspect materials, tools, and work quality to ensure compliance with project requirements. Maintain site reports, manpower records, and daily progress logs. Enforce health & safety standards at all times. Resolve site-related issues and escalate technical problems when required. Ensure project deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Diploma/Certificate in Civil Engineering or related field (Bachelor's degree preferred).

Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a Civil Foreman in the UAE

(mandatory). Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards, safety regulations, and building codes. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Good communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is a plus).
