Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced

Civil Foreman

to oversee and manage site operations for civil construction projects. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working on

ADNOC projects

, with a strong understanding of site supervision, safety protocols, and quality control in oil & gas or infrastructure environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily site activities, ensuring work is executed as per project plans and specifications. Monitor workforce productivity and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Liaise with engineers, subcontractors, and site workers to ensure smooth project execution. Maintain accurate records of site progress, materials, and labor. Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any issues or delays. Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards and project-specific requirements. Report to the Site Engineer or Project Manager on progress and challenges.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Civil Foreman in construction or oil & gas projects.

Mandatory:

Prior experience working on

ADNOC projects

. Strong knowledge of civil works including concrete, excavation, and structural activities. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Familiarity with HSE standards and procedures. Ability to manage teams and work under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

Diploma or certification in Civil Engineering or Construction Management. Safety certifications (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH) are a plus. UAE experience preferred.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
