Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of site workers, subcontractors, and equipment operators.
Ensure work is carried out in accordance with landscape designs, civil plans, and project specifications.
Monitor site safety, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Coordinate material deliveries, equipment use, and resource planning.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
Liaise with project managers, landscape architects, engineers, and clients.
Keep accurate daily reports, including work progress, issues encountered, and manpower deployed.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of landscaping tools and civil machinery.
Help resolve on-site issues and make recommendations for improvement.
Maintain site cleanliness and environmental standards.
Qualifications:
Diploma or certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Landscaping.
Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a foreman or supervisor in civil and landscape construction.
Proven track record in hardscape, softscape, irrigation systems, drainage, and earthworks.
Familiarity with civil works such as curbs, paving, retaining walls, and grading.
Valid driver's license (preferred)
