We are seeking an experienced

Civil Foreman

with a strong background in landscape projects to supervise and coordinate on-site activities. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of landscaping and civil works, ensuring project deadlines, quality standards, and safety procedures are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead a team of skilled and unskilled workers on landscaping and civil construction sites. Interpret project plans, specifications, and drawings related to landscaping, irrigation, paving, grading, and civil works. Coordinate and schedule daily work tasks and ensure proper resource allocation (materials, tools, and manpower). Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with approved plans and environmental/safety regulations. Communicate and report progress, issues, and updates to the Project Engineer or Site Manager. Oversee installation of softscape (plants, grass, shrubs) and hardscape (paving, curbing, pergolas, pathways). Supervise earthworks, drainage, irrigation, and utility installations as required. Conduct quality control checks and ensure timely rectification of any defects. Monitor site safety compliance and enforce company safety standards. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure work is carried out effectively.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering, Landscaping, Construction Management, or related field. Bachelor's degree is an advantage. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Civil Foreman, with at least 2 years in landscape projects. Strong knowledge of landscaping construction methods, civil works, and site coordination. Ability to read and interpret landscape and civil drawings. Familiarity with irrigation systems, grading, soil preparation, and plant types. Good leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices. Valid driver's license (preferred). Proficiency in using basic MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a plus. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
