Examine tender documents, drawings, specifications, and any issued addenda.
Estimation Works:
Prepare both technical and commercial submissions for civil engineering projects.
Rate Analysis:
Develop detailed rate analyses aligned with current market conditions.
Reporting:
Provide cost summaries, clarifications, and highlight deviations where required.
Documentation:
Maintain up-to-date estimation files for ongoing and future projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equal in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in civil estimation.
Strong understanding of civil engineering practices.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software.
Analytical skills with strong negotiation and communication abilities.
