Job Summary:

Fables Interiors is seeking a skilled Civil Estimator & Quantity Surveyor to handle both pre- and post-contract responsibilities for civil and site-related works. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing cost estimates, managing BOQs, and monitoring project costs to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Estimation Duties:

Prepare accurate cost estimates for civil and structural works (blockwork, plastering, waterproofing, tiling, etc.) Analyze project drawings, tender documents, and specifications to develop BOQs Source and compare material and subcontractor rates from suppliers/vendors Prepare and submit project quotations and proposals Assist in value engineering to align with client budgets
Quantity Surveying Duties:

Track and manage project costs, ensuring alignment with estimates and budgets Perform site measurements and validate subcontractor billing Document variations, site instructions, and change orders Prepare interim and final payment applications Support the project team in cost reporting and financial tracking
Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying 3-5 years of UAE experience in civil estimation and QS (preferably in interiors or construction) Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and current market rates Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software PLANSWIFT Good communication, analytical, and organizational skills UAE driving license is an advantage

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

License/Certification:

* UAE Driving License (Preferred)
