Walk-in Interview

Date: 12 Oct 2025 (Sunday)

Time: 10:00 AM to 15:00 PM

Location: Sky Crest Building Contracting LLC, #706, 7th floor, The Regal Tower, Business Bay, Dubai

(Please bring your updated CV, a copy of your degree, and driver's license (if applicable)

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements to prepare detailed cost estimates

Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and pricing documents for tenders and proposals

Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations

Evaluate material, labor, and equipment costs in line with UAE market standards

Assist in bid preparation and submission within tight deadlines

Maintain cost databases and pricing records for future tenders

Coordinate with project, procurement, and site teams for data collection and validation

Conduct site visits when necessary to verify site conditions and measurements

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field

Minimum 5 years of total experience in a construction company, with strong UAE experience being mandatory

In-depth knowledge of UAE construction methods, materials, and market rates

Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software (e.g., CCS Candy, CostX is a plus)

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Must be currently available in the UAE

Immediate availability is an advantage
