Job Overview:

We are seeking a qualified and detail-orientedCivil Estimator with solid experience in building construction projects. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, coordinating tender submissions, and supporting project pricing strategies. A strong understanding of the GCC construction industry and proficiency in CCS software is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and interpret tender documents, including drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contract conditions related to civil works. Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for structural, architectural, and infrastructure components. Develop accurate and competitive bid proposals in line with project scope and budget requirements. Utilize CCS software to manage estimation processes, BOQs, and tender documentation. Analyze supplier and subcontractor quotations for technical compliance and cost effectiveness. Collaborate with planning, procurement, and engineering teams to validate inputs and support pricing decisions. Prepare and submit technical and commercial bid packages in accordance with client requirements. Participate in tender meetings, cost reviews, and post-submission clarifications. Support value engineering and propose cost-effective alternatives when applicable. Maintain an organized database of cost benchmarks, supplier pricing, and historical data for future projects.

Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution. 5 years of GCC experience in estimation for building construction projects (residential, commercial, institutional). Proficient in civil estimation, tendering procedures, and cost analysis techniques. Hands-on experience with CCS software is required. Familiarity with local construction codes, pricing structures, and vendor databases. Strong analytical, time management, and communication skills. Ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred:

Exposure to high-rise buildings, large commercial developments, or public infrastructure projects. Good understanding of regional cost trends, construction methodologies, and regulatory frameworks.
