Job Responsibilities & Requirements - MEP Estimation Engineer (Civil Experience - Fit-Out & Construction)

Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents for MEP works in fit-out and construction projects. Analyze project specifications, drawings, and requirements to determine material, labor, and equipment costs. Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to obtain competitive pricing. Assist in value engineering to optimize project costs while maintaining quality and compliance with client requirements. Ensure estimates align with UAE regulations, industry standards, and authority approvals (DM, DEWA, ADDC, ADCDA, ADM etc.). Support project teams during bidding, negotiation, and contract finalization. Review and update cost databases for fit-out and construction MEP works.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering. 3-4 years of UAE experience in MEP estimation for fit-out and construction projects. Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and civil works. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Estimation Software, and MS Excel. Familiarity with local authority standards and approval processes. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Must be on a Husband Visa (UAE Residents Only). Send Resume to: kevinaj@emraldace.com
