Job Description
Senior Civil Estimation Engineer
Qualification & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. 7-8 years of relevant Gulf experience in civil estimation.
Technical Expertise
Proven experience in high-rise buildings, infrastructure projects, warehouses, and substation works. Strong knowledge of quantity take-off, cost estimation, and rate analysis. Well-versed in estimation methodologies, BOQs, and tender documentation. Ability to prepare and review detailed estimates in line with project specifications and drawings.
Professional Skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills. Capable of attending meetings with clients and consultants. Strong negotiation skills for dealing with suppliers and subcontractors. Ability to work independently and meet tight tender deadlines.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month
