to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project requirements, and supporting the tendering process for civil construction projects, including high-rise buildings, infrastructure, and commercial developments.
Key Responsibilities:
Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to prepare detailed cost estimates.
Conduct quantity take-offs for civil works and prepare bills of quantities (BOQ).
Analyze subcontractor and supplier quotations, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
Prepare cost breakdowns, rate analysis, and value engineering proposals.
Assist the project and tendering team in the preparation of technical and financial proposals.
Evaluate project risks, costs, and resource requirements.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams for pricing and budgeting.
Maintain a database of rates, suppliers, and subcontractors for future reference.
Support post-tender negotiations and contract finalization.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 3 years of UAE experience as an Estimation Engineer in civil construction.
Strong knowledge of civil engineering materials, methods, and market pricing.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office (Excel), and estimation software.
Excellent analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
