Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in estimation
Strong knowledge of market rates, materials, and technical drawings
JOB DESCRIPTION
Prepare accurate cost estimates and BOQs based on drawings, specifications, and site requirements
Coordinate with procurement and project teams for updated material/labor costs
Analyze project risks, scope, and timelines
Prepare tender documents and participate in bidding processes
