To design and development of residential and commercial swimming pool projects.
Perform site assessments, feasibility studies, and prepare detailed construction drawings.
Oversee excavation, formwork, rebar placement, concrete pouring, and waterproofing processes.
Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless integration of pool systems.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and materials procurement.
Conduct quality checks and inspections throughout the construction lifecycle.
Prepare documentation including method statements, risk assessments, and progress reports.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
