Onix Engineering Consultancy is seeking a qualified
Civil Engineer (Site Supervision)
to join our team and oversee the company's ongoing construction projects.Required Skills and Qualifications
Minimum of
3 years of experience
inProject Management, Project Engineering, or Project Planning
. Proven experience insite construction management
. Strong knowledge of construction standards, specifications, and site procedures. Excellent communication and coordination skills with consultants, contractors, and authorities.Key Responsibilities
Review and approve
shop drawings, supplier drawings, and material samples
, ensuring full compliance with contract documents. Inspect and testmaterials and structures
supplied under the construction contract, coordinating implementation with or on behalf of the client. Liaise withcontractors and local authorities
to obtain all necessary approvals during the construction phase. Performquality control and inspection services
, including off-site inspections of fabricated works when required, to verify compliance with contractual standards. Ensure that thequality of materials and workmanship
aligns with the consultant's specifications and meets the project's objectives. Manage and supervise the actual implementation of all works by contractors in accordance withapproved estimates, specifications, standards, and drawings
