Job Description
:
We are seeking an experienced
Civil Engineer
with a strong background insite supervision and document control
to oversee construction projects and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have10-15 years
of GCC experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage on-site teams efficiently.Key Responsibilities:
? Supervise construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
? Monitor site progress, quality control, and safety protocols.
? Manage and maintain project documentation (drawings, reports, permits, etc.).
? Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
? Resolve on-site technical issues and provide timely solutions.
? Ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards.
Requirements:
? Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
?
10-15 years
of experience in GCC? Proven expertise in
site supervision & document control
? Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and quality standards
? Valid Driving License (essential for site visits)
? Excellent communication skills (English; Arabic is a plus)
