Position: Civil Engineer - Site
Location: Sharjah, UAE
Salary: AED 6,000 - 10,000
Experience: 3-4 years in UAE/GCC
Job Summary:
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Civil Site Engineer to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge and hands-on site experience in the UAE/GCC region, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage daily site activities.
Read, review, and implement construction drawings and project specifications.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and project managers.
Monitor progress, prepare site reports, and highlight any delays or risks.
Manage manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.
Resolve technical issues and provide practical solutions at the site.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
UAE Driving license is a must
3-4 years of proven site experience in UAE/GCC.
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and local regulations.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver within deadlines.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
