Job Description

Experienced Site Engineer with 5-6 years of experience in a

consultancy firm

within the UAE construction industry, specializing in the execution and supervision of luxurious villa/building projects. Strong background in civil works, interior fit-out coordination, and basic MEP knowledge. Proven ability to manage on-site activities efficiently, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of works in alignment with project specifications and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and schedules. Coordinate closely with the project management team to review and implement detailed work plans and construction schedules. Supervise and guide contractors, subcontractors, and other on-site personnel to ensure seamless execution of works. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, ensure work quality, enforce safety standards, and prepare detailed site observation reports. Collaborate with architects, consultants, engineers, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues and ensure compliance with project requirements. Review and interpret shop drawings, specifications, and material submittals to guide site activities accurately. Source and coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for procurement and quotation of materials and services. Maintain accurate records of daily site activities, including manpower deployment, material usage, and work progress. Enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations; respond promptly to emergencies and mitigate site risks. Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders, providing regular updates on site progress and addressing concerns. Participate in coordination meetings and contribute to process improvements for optimal construction outcomes. Perform quality control inspections to ensure that executed works meet industry standards and project specifications. Assist in the preparation of final project documentation including as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and handover reports. Supervise and manage all interior site works, including workforce coordination, schedule adherence, and quality assurance. Coordinate material procurement, logistics, and all phases of interior fit-out project execution.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and finishing techniques Excellent understanding of interior works and luxury fit-out standards Basic proficiency in MEP systems and coordination Effective leadership, team coordination, and communication skills Familiar with site documentation, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.

Experience:
