Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced
Civil Site Engineer
to join our team. The ideal candidate must havea minimum of 5 years of proven site experience within the United Arab Emirates
, specifically inbuildings and villa construction projects
.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Minimum 5 years of UAE site experience (buildings + villas) Strong knowledge of local construction standards and regulations Excellent site supervision, coordination, and project execution skills Ability to manage subcontractors, materials, and time schedules Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily site activities to ensure quality and safety Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to approved plans Prepare site reports and document project updates
