Job Responsibilities
Engage in various levels of project execution, scheduling document management, and permit coordination.
Prepare project estimates for design, equipment, installation, labour, materials, and other related costs.
Manage and perform tests on various materials and equipment, maintain knowledge of all product specifications and ensure adherence to all required standards
Collaborate with various teams working on the design of all architectural requirements for MEP services.
Monitor the activities of subcontractors to ensure compliance with specifications and procedures and with the project objectives for safety, material quality, productivity, schedule and costs.
Ensure compliance and adherence to standards and scope of works required by the client.
Evaluate all design drawings according to required quality regulations.
Report to management on-site progress and problems being encountered for assistance and guidance.
Prepare meeting records, design reviews, and design progress reports.
Ensure that the project meets agreed specifications, budgets and completion times budgets.
Ensure compliance with HSSE standard policies and procedures and correctly use all appropriate equipment provided.
Adhere to the instructions issued to protect the health and safety in the workplace.
Qualification:
BS/MA in Civil Engineering
License professional engineer
UAE attested degree certificate
Proven working experience in civil engineering
Excellent knowledge of design and visualization software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar
Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals etc
Project management and supervision skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
