Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate
G+4 building construction projects

Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and codes.
Prepare project schedules, reports, and material take-offs.
Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and consultants.
Ensure safety, statutory, and regulatory compliance on site.
Monitor project progress, resolve site issues, and report to management.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in
Civil Engineering
.
G+4 licensed / registered civil engineer
(UAE or relevant authority).
Minimum
3-5 years experience
in G+4 residential or commercial projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and codes.
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
Good communication and team coordination skills.
