Civil Engineer with a valid G+4 license (Dubai Municipality)
to join our team in
Dubai
. The ideal candidate will have
2-5 years of experience
, preferably with
interior fit-out background
, and a solid understanding of
planning, execution, BOQ, estimation
, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage
G+4 construction and interior fit-out projects
on-site
Prepare and review
BOQs, cost estimates, and material take-offs
Execute works as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timeline
Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and project stakeholders
Monitor project progress and submit
daily and weekly reports
Ensure strict compliance with
Dubai Municipality regulations and safety standards
Coordinate
site inspections
, approvals, and final handover
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
Valid
G+4 Certification from Dubai Municipality

Mandatory
2 to 5 years of experience
in civil works; interior fit-out experience preferred
Strong skills in
project planning, execution, BOQ, and estimation
Proficiency in
AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project
Knowledge of
UAE construction codes and local authority procedures
Good communication, reporting, and team coordination abilities
UAE Driving License
is an advantage
Immediate joiners highly preferred
