We are seeking Dubai Municipality (DM) G+4 licensed Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in planning, executing, and delivering civil construction projects within scope, budget, and schedule. This role requires a deep understanding of structural design, regulatory compliance, and on-site execution, with a strong ability to coordinate across teams and stakeholders.
Supervise all on-site construction activities for G+4 building projects.
Review and implement structural, architectural, and MEP drawings and ensure work aligns with approved project specifications.
Coordinate daily with subcontractors, labor teams, and suppliers to maintain workflow and resolve site issues.
Monitor project progress, quality, and safety compliance as per FGC Contracting standards.
Verify quantities and manage material requisition in coordination with procurement and store departments.
Ensure proper documentation of site activities including daily progress reports, inspections, and approvals.
Conduct internal quality checks and prepare the site for third-party and consultant inspections.
Liaise with consultants, clients, and government authorities (e.g., Dubai Municipality, DCD, Trakhees) for inspections, approvals, and clearances. Enforce adherence to safety standards and manage risk
