Job description:
We are seeking Civil Engineers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in planning, executing, and delivering civil construction projects within scope, budget, and schedule. This role requires a deep understanding of structural design, regulatory compliance, and on-site execution, with a strong ability to coordinate across teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage construction activities for G+4 residential and commercial projects.
Review and approve structural designs, drawings, and BOQs.
Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality and other regulatory authority guidelines.
Prepare, track, and report project progress, quality control, and cost monitoring.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams for smooth execution.
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues in real-time.
Supervise material usage, labor deployment, and adherence to safety protocols.
Ensure all engineering documents are maintained and up to date.
Liaise with clients for approvals, inspections, and handover stages.
Provide technical support during planning, design, and execution phases.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
License/Certification:
* G+4 license from Dubai Municipality (Preferred)
